Come friends!! Mantra can be a deeply relaxing experience for your mind and your body. We talk about what each one means and how we can set an intention for new meaning in an area of your own life. After each mantra we pause for integration, some like to journal or do some stretching.
I have been chanting with Marti and Starr for almost 22 years. It’s a daily practice for me. I feel grounded and grateful to spend time connecting and praying in this way. It reminds me I get to be happy and share love every single day, even when difficult things show up.
Chanting has taught me, it’s ok to have pain because pain can open up a deeper love on the other side of it. Pain has its purpose in our evolution and existence. Chanting gives me a more loving, trusting and peaceful view of the difficulty.
I’m sharing this with you because I know some of you would really like to experience this musical, meditative and rhythmic practice!
Spice up your Sunday Morning on April 19! Come to Chant & Chill with Sophie and I at InBliss Yoga!!! 10-11:30AM
