Living with an autoimmune/health condition isn't always about big setbacks.
Often, it's the small habits—pushing through exhaustion, eating junk food, skipping meals, ignoring flares—that quietly drain you.
Those patterns come from being strong.
But your body isn't meant to run on empty.
Rest, boundaries, and slowing down aren't selfish.
They're how your body feels safer, your mind gets quieter, and life starts to feel steadier.
Try this simple-to-do, anytime-anywhere intentional breathing practice:
~ Inhale ~ Exhale ~ Repeat ~
Close your eyes and begin breathing at your regular pace.
After a few breaths, take slower, deeper breaths - let go, calm your mind, and soften your body on each exhale.
Do this deep breathing until you feel a release or a sense of calm.
Do as often as needed throughout the day.
