Kundalini is one of the most transformative practices I offer! A blend of breathwork, intentional movement, mantra, and energy clearing that works directly with your nervous system and subtle body. It’s the practice you come to when you’re craving release… when you want to shake loose old emotions, activate your inner fire, and reconnect with your truth.
If you’ve been feeling stagnant, heavy, or overwhelmed, tonight’s class will meet you exactly where you are.

With that said, a heartfelt reminder: please sign up ahead of time.
I rush through dinner, rearrange my evening, and fully prepare the studio to create a nourishing space for you. When no one shows, it’s a lesson in valuing my time and offerings 🤍 and I’m choosing to honor that moving forward.

If your nervous system has been whispering for a reset… tonight is your medicine.

Restorative is the practice of softening back into yourself with long, supported poses that melt tension, quiet the mind, and invite the body into deep parasympathetic rest.
A place where you get to exhale fully… and finally feel held.

Come settle into stillness, reconnect with your breath, and let your whole system unwind after a full week of doing, giving, and holding.

A Season of Transition 🌙

Ruby in the Dust has been my sacred creative home for 14 years! A space for yoga, botanical rituals, and community. As we move into the winter season, I’ll continue sharing yoga classes and studio updates here until it’s time to lovingly close this chapter.

Fourteen years ago, I created Ruby in the Dust when I was pregnant with my first child. I had no idea who I was becoming…only that something deep within me longed for creation, for connection, for purity.
She became my teacher. Through her, I learned what mattered most: living close to the earth, crafting with intention, and choosing ingredients that honor the body rather than harm it.

The name came from a Neil Young song, Cowgirl in the Sand. An ode to freedom and wild womanhood. Ruby in the Dust carried me through seasons of becoming. She held me while I grew into myself.

But now… it’s time to rise. ✨
To step from the dust and into the light.
To let my work expand and shine ~ illuminated, evolved, and alive.

As I rebrand my botanical skincare line, I’m also opening a new pathway: conscious life coaching.

For as long as I can remember, people have been drawn to my light ~ opening their hearts, their stories, their wounds. I’ve always known it wasn’t by accident. As a life path nine, the humanitarian, I now understand this is my calling~ to help others remember who they are.

Innercendence is the flame within.
My mission is to help women end self abandonment. To stop seeking love outside themselves, and instead turn inward, toward self devotion.
Through my products, meditations, and rituals, I want to guide women home to themselves🌸radiant, whole, and rooted in their own light.

This 11•11, Ruby in the Dust becomes Innercendence Radiance.
A new era begins ✨ luminous, embodied, and true. 🌙
