We have invested time and research on providing the best dessert recipes that are great for ones ultimate health and tast Delicious! So we can all feel great about feeding our sweet tooth! Our sweetners are raw organic local honey, dates and coconut nector. For those with diabetes or candida we have stevia. Our food preperation various from simple and quickly prepared to elaborate gourmet meals. We soak all of our nuts and seeds to ensure only the highest and most beneficial nutrients, easily digestible. We use 100% organic veggies as fresh and local as possible. As conscious caterers we can be found at a variety of locations providing yummy treats. We are also available for private parties/events/weddings. Tea and Raw Chocotate ceremonies with singing bowls, crystal altar and aromatherapy ambiance! private and public classes and workshops on conscious food preperation, healthy sweets and benefits of mushrooms.
