Guilt is a strong emotion that we all struggle with from time to time. When people get stuck in traumatic guilt, just talking about it over and over does not cure it. After listening very carefully to this client’s unique feelings, I helped him with a process unique to his experience.
I usually start by explaining how the mind has been affected by that traumatic event and can get stuck on the guilt feelings. It is amazing to me and my clients to see them release their guilt naturally after only a few sessions of working together.

Nancy’s procedure is really fast and you do not even have to explain the problem that is affecting you, because you are working with your own mind and imagination.”
