Did you know your ability to balance on one foot for at least 10 seconds says a lot about your overall stability and injury risk?

Try this simple test: stand on one leg (barefoot or with shoes) and see if you can hold it steady for 10 seconds or longer.

Try it with your eyes open and with your eyes closed! It’s harder than it sounds—but a powerful indicator of your body’s control and coordination!

Research shows that poor single limb balance can significantly increase your risk of injuries, whether you’re pounding the pavement or just moving through everyday life. If you struggle with the 10-second test, it might be time to add some balance training to your routine!
