💥 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 💥

I want to take a moment to highlight the incredible journey of one of my amazing clients, Jenni. When she first started working with me in the 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦, she was feeling completely drained, overwhelmed, and struggling daily with insomnia, severe gut issues, anxiety and panic attacks. Together, we dove deep into the root causes through functional lab testing, created a personalized wellness plan, and focused on healing from the inside out.

⬇️ 𝐁𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞:
She was exhausted even upon waking up each morning, struggling to get through the day with no energy to keep up with her two young children. Every night, she couldn’t sleep well, waking up with panic attacks every morning. Panic and anxiety were a daily battle, and on top of it all, she suffered from severe gut issues every single day. She felt like there was no way out.

⬆️ 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬:
We’re still working together, but we’ve already made some incredible strides by using functional lab testing to uncover the root causes of her health issues. We found that her adrenals, hormones, and minerals were all severely imbalanced, she had several gut pathogens, and she wasn’t digesting fats or proteins properly. Additionally, she had significant leaky gut, and we also determined she’s suffering from mold illness—something we are currently working through.

Even though her journey isn’t over yet, she’s starting to feel like 𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒇 again. She has much more energy, her anxiety has diminished significantly (she even went on vacation this summer!), and her gut issues have nearly disappeared. Best of all, she can finally enjoy time with her family and dogs again.
