Sure I have a degree in Exercise Science, certification as a Health and Wellness Coach through WellCoaches school of coaching, Certified Polestar Pilates Practitioner, but my life purpose is to help change as many people’s lives by sharing my story, connecting with you, and providing solutions to make is simple to create the lifestyle you vision.

In my former life I was a full-time Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor, also training myself 2+ hours most days, obsessive exercisers, restrictive dieter, worry-wort, and living a life of chronic fatigue. Over the years I’ve let go of the need to push myself to extreme exhaustion and look a certain way, instead living each day with positive intention to nourish my body with real food, healthy doses of daily movement, self-compassion, and giving to others.
