Have you tried Neurographic drawing?

I’m so grateful to have learned this technique from last night. It helps your brain approach things in a new way, reduce “conflict” and blocks in your subconscious, integrate your past with your goals, and create new neural pathways. It feels like a fascinating problem-solving and visioning tool.

I picked my heath as the issue for my NeuroTree.

In the first round a lot came up- I was surprised how many parts of my past was tangled up in it. It was messy and heavy and I felt nauseous at different points during the brain dump automatic writing and the drawing- integrating pain and past stressors with goals and hope I have for myself. It was incredibly therapeutic, though uncomfortable.

I did a 2nd round this morning with my coffee and was able to start again, with previous things integrated and lighter, and approach the issue more practically, hopefully and clearly. My resources- past present and future- felt more tangible and less tangled with emotion and surprise.

I’d love to recommend clients try this, so I’ll keep learning to build my knowledge. 💕
