I've created this page to build my support system to make me accountable for my own progress in my battle to lose weight and take on a more healthier lifestyle. The ups and downs of my own personal struggles & successes with not only weight gain/loss but also the battle of living with two separate autoimmune diseases, Psoriatic Arthritis and Transverse Myelitis along with menopause. I want to share with others my journey to develop healthier eating habits and create a simpler, stronger and happier lifestyle. I want to support my followers in their endeavors get started and support them in thier journey as well to a better & healthier lifestyle and a better quality of life. For years, I believed my psoriatic arthritis was a life sentence.

That I’d always be managing pain… inflammation… and the fear of “what if it gets worse?”
