is owned and operated by Joseph Keith D.C. Dr. Keith is a graduate of The University of Western States Chiropractic College. He has also completed his undergraduate studies at Kenai Peninsula College, UAA, and has received a Bachelors of Science in Human Biology. Locally Dr. Keith is a 2005 graduate of Nikiski High School. Joe, grew up playing Soccer, Football, Basketball, and riding motorcycles. And like most local Alaskans has done his fair share of hunting and fishing. Participating in these activities have lead to many minor athletic type injuries and some major injuries. Dealing with these injuries in a small community with little resources lead Dr. Keith to his passion, Sports medicine. Dr. Keith uses a multitude of Chiropractic techniques and systems in his practice in order to fully treat each one of his patients efficiently and effectively. Sports Medicine and the treatment of athletes is one of Dr. Keith's many passions in his everyday practice. Dr. Keith is coming back! He’ll be working reduced half days to build his stamina, and will work on increasing his days as the weeks go on. Dr. Gravel will continue working this week and next week. If you have any questions about the schedule, please call the office and see list below:

Dr. Gravel update:

We are still awaiting the Alaska Board of Chiropractors vote for approving Dr. Gravel’s Alaska license (she’s done everything correctly, we just need them to vote). We anticipate this process to occur on Wednesday, however we are at the mercy of the state 😬

If you are concerned about your appointment, please call the office. We will be contacting people today about rescheduling.

Exciting announcement:
Pending approval by the State of Alaska*
Dr. Nathalie Gravel (Gruh-vel, its French 😉) will be substituting for Dr. Keith beginning 9/16.

Nathalie is a friend and fellow graduate of UWS currently practicing in New Mexico. She enjoys outdoor adventures and is looking forward to exploring Alaska on her off time.

*While we are hopeful Dr. Gravel can start taking patients the 16th, we all know how finnicky bureaucracy can be. Dr. Gravel has jumped through all the proper hoops for licensure in Alaska, now we wait until they give her their stamp of approval. Please be patient if this process is prolonged and doesn’t happen by the 16th.

Dr. Keith has completed surgery and is recovering.
He’ll be staying overnight in the hospital but hopes to return home tomorrow 🙌🏻
The surgery went perfectly and he is already experiencing relief from his chronic pain.
