"We [give] free and informal conversation about what is healthy... how [community members] can get more fruits and vegetables in their diet," Duncan explains.

This realization led him to expand the mission of Operation Desert Smoothie from merely promoting healthy eating to instilling a healthier lifestyle overall in the city.
