This could be your grandma after every Friday chair stretch class at 10am!!

Every Friday morning at 10am we do a chair stretch class for seniors! All they have to do is bring themselves and we provide all the tools from the chair, yoga blocks, stretch straps, massage balls, foam rollers and of course some good ol’ stretching 😝

Hi! We’re Jocelyn & Derik.. the owners of Stretchd Out Buffalo!

Stretchd Out Buffalo was built from a simple idea: there’s a better, more sustainable way to take care of your body. We wanted to create a space where people could not only move more.. but move better.. through a more holistic approach to health and performance.

Everything we offer is rooted in education and intention. Our assisted stretching sessions are designed to improve mobility, reduce pain, and help your body recover properly. Our functional strength-based group fitness classes focus on real-life movement patterns, helping you build strength that actually carries over into your everyday life. We also have in our space a recovery room with an infrared sauna, cold plunge and Normatec compression boots. We have massage therapists and a chiropractor in house to help you with all your movement needs too!

This isn’t just about workouts or quick fixes, it’s about giving you the tools, knowledge, and support to feel confident in your body long-term!

Whether your goal is to get out of discomfort, move more freely, build strength, or simply feel better day-to-day, our community is here to support you every step of the way!

What is Functional Strength Training?
