💪🏽The SOB 6-Week Strong Challenge 💪🏽
FIRST THINGS FIRST- This is not a weight loss challenge.
While weight loss may happen as a natural side effect of moving more and building healthier habits, the goal of this challenge is not to lose as much weight as possible in six weeks.
At Stretchd Out Buffalo, we believe real progress comes from building strength, improving mobility, and creating sustainable habits that last long after the challenge is over.
The SOB 6-Week Strong Challenge is designed to help you:
• Build strength and confidence in the gym
• Improve mobility and recovery
• Develop consistent exercise habits
• Focus on lifestyle habits that support long-term health
• Be part of a supportive and motivating community
What’s Included:
✔ Mini assessment before the challenge begins (this must be completed BEFORE the challenge begins)
✔ Unlimited group progression classes for 6 weeks
✔ Weekly mobility videos and challenges
✔ Weekly habit focuses to build sustainable lifestyle improvements
✔ Private SOB community group for accountability and support
✔ Bonus pop-up workouts and challenges
✔ Opportunities to win prizes
🏆 Challenge Prizes
Participants will have the opportunity to win several awards, including:

Grand Prize – Challenge Champion, The one who gained the most points, participated the most and actively was encouraging to others.
Powerhouse Award – Recognizes the individual who made the most improvement.
Community MVP Award – Recognizes the participant who helps create the strongest sense of community.
Built Different Award – Recognizes someone who surprised everyone during the challenge and tried things they've never done before.
🗓 Challenge Structure
Participants will have access to three progressive group workouts each week:
Monday – Upper Body Strength (6PM)
Wednesday – Lower Body Strength (6PM)
Saturday – Full Body Strength (8AM)
Each class builds on the previous one and helps participants progressively get stronger over the course of the six weeks!
If you miss a class, the workout will be posted in the private group so you can still complete it at home or at another gym that you may be part of. HOWEVER, everything you do within this challenge will have points for a chance to win some pretty amazing prizes. Completing an in personal class will gain you more points then completing the workout at home. More details on how this works will be posted in the private community group.
🌱 Weekly Habit Focuses
Each week introduces a simple habit to help build sustainable lifestyle improvements:
Week 1 – Hydration
Week 2 – Sleep & Nervous System Reset
Week 3 – Walk More
Week 4 – Protein for Recovery
Week 5 – Gratitude + Wins
Week 6 – Identity Shift & Community Strength
We are trying to create sustainable HABITS. Not just create a challenge that will leave you hanging after these 6 weeks.
🧘 Weekly Mobility
Participants will also receive weekly mobility videos and challenges in our private group designed to help improve movement quality, reduce stiffness, and support recovery throughout the challenge.
🏆 Points & Challenges
Participants earn points throughout the challenge by:
• Attending classes
• Completing workouts
• Participating in bonus pop-up challenges
• Maintaining weekly trackers for habit focuses
• Engaging in our private community group and encouraging others
Bonus workouts will be posted throughout the challenge where participants can earn extra points and stay engaged! Everyone has an equal opportunity to gain points and win prizes! (And our grand prize winner is going home with something BIG!)
🎯 The Ultimate Goal of this Challenge
This challenge is about showing up, building consistency, and developing habits that support your health long-term, This is NOT another 6 week weight loss challenge. Again, it's great if that's your goal and you are looking for that, however we are trying to create sustainability here. No challenge is ever going to work if we are changing our habits and sticking with those habits.
Real change doesn’t come from extreme programs or quick fixes.
It comes from consistency and community and that's exactly our goal with this 6 week challenge!
