This week's Board meeting was more than an agenda—it was a celebration. The Board honored soon-to-be-retired Chief Financial Officer Ed Plasha for his chapter of leadership marked by integrity, vision, and unwavering commitment. Through heartfelt tributes, shared laughter, and a few thoughtful (and well-deserved!) gifts, the room reflected what so many of us feel: deep appreciation for the steady hand and sharp mind that has helped guide us forward. And, of course, everyone wore their Eagles green in his honor. While the Board will miss his presence at the table, they are incredibly grateful for the path he helped pave—and excited for him in what lies ahead.
