"I provide compassionate end-of-life support for individuals and families, guiding them through a peaceful, meaningful transition with presence, trust, deep listening and honor". I’m Victoria Fanning, a Certified End-of-Life Doula with over 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, including 14 years in hospice care. My calling is to help individuals and families feel seen, heard, and supported at the end of life. I founded A Sacred Journey to bring presence, peace, and dignity to this deeply human experience. When I'm not supporting others, you’ll find me reflecting in nature, traveling, reading and continuously learning how to better serve with compassion.

The work of A Sacred Journey is rooted in the principles of caring science and Dr. Jean Watson’s Caritas philosophy, which inspire a focus on presence, dignity, and love in every interaction. Love Life NOW

I am enjoying the company of other seniors. As we share our stories, we’ve found that with each passing year, we gain layers of insight and compassion. The excitement of youth gives way to the richness of perspective, as we see through the eyes of wisdom that comes from experience. We agree that we’ve gained a deeper understanding of what truly matters.
