With 33 years of healthcare experience—including 20 in operations—Tiffanie brings both compassion and strong leadership to her role. She is passionate about creating a vibrant, supportive community for residents while empowering her team to reach new heights of excellence.

Originally from Philadelphia and now living in Delaware with her husband and dog, Chloe, Tiffanie also enjoys spending time with her two children.
