Rachael brings over a decade of experience in senior wellness, program leadership, and community engagement. Known for her warm and welcoming approach, she excels at creating meaningful, enriching experiences that help residents feel connected, supported, and truly at home.

She previously served as Guest Services Director and Active Living Program Director, where she led programs and teams with creativity, compassion, and a strong commitment to resident engagement.

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys life on her family farm with her husband, their three children, and their chocolate lab, Baron, caring for chickens, ducks, and cows, cooking, crafting, and cheering on her husband’s aviation adventures.
