If you are looking for a healthy gift for yourself, a loved one, or a friend, we are offering 3 "Safe Pilates -Building Bone and Muscle Strength" videos which I created, over 120 minutes of exercise, for $74.97 (value $84.97).

These videos are for those 45+ year old women/men who have been diagnosed with osteopenia/osteoporosis or who have osteoporosis in the family.

They are also for those who suffered an injury or have pain or just want to improve their strength to prevent injury or recurrence of an injury.

You will learn how to best align your body to prevent injury or recurrence of injury and strengthen your bones and muscles to return to doing the activities you love to do.

You will learn how to safely exercise and improve your core strength.

Each video is divided into different segments. Part I lays down the foundation of Pilates and it’s methodology through exercises. You will learn proper standing alignment, effective breathing to recruit your core, how to safely get on the floor and rise, how to properly recruit your core muscles, and why balance is so important in your life.

Part II uses props, foam rollers and therabands or weights, to further enhance core strengthening. You will learn how to safely use props, understand how to engage the lower trapezius for “upper core” strength, and learn how to effectively use your core muscles in a more dynamic way.

Part III is getting into more intermediate/advanced level mat Pilates exercises. There are always modifications to the exercises that are given so you can adjust them to how your body is feeling that day. Once your foundational exercises are learned, you can challenge yourself with these higher level exercises to see how well you learned the concepts.

The best part of this is you are being taught by not only a Pilates-Rehab certified therapist, but also a dancer with movement experience, and a Physical Therapist who has honed her observational skills and movement cues to help you through the exercises safely in the comfort of your own home.

You must purchase them today by 11:00 PM Friday November 26th using this link: https://wellnessrehab.org/pilates-videos/.

There will be limited quantities available and they sell out fast. Once they are sold out, the offer is gone. It is on a first come first serve basis. There are only 4 left.

I can't wait to share this AWESOME deal with you.

Cynthia

The Pilates videos for osteoporosis are finally here! So many of you have asked me to video my exercises because it is easier for you to follow when I am "there" with you.

I have created 3 Safe Pilates videos for you to work out with. Each video is different and contains different exercises. The first video works on the foundations and principles of Pilates.

The second Safe Pilates video uses foam rollers and therabands. If you do not own either you may click here to purchase your props.

The third Safe Pilates video works on more intermediate/advanced Pilates exercises. Modifications are made for the exercises so you can make them more challenging or dial it down a level to suit how your body is feeling at the time.

The great thing about these videos is that you have them always, you can work on them in the comfort of your own home (no commuting), and whenever YOU have free time. You don't have to worry about someone else's schedule!

Go to: https://wellnessrehab.org/pilates-videos/ to learn more about these videos and how they can help you.

Anyone can use these videos because I give you tips on how to safely perform the exercises. But it will especially show you what exercises you can do even if you have osteoporosis!

So many people think that because of the osteoporosis diagnosis they can no longer exercise.

Well now you have 120 minutes of exercise you can do!

Here is what people with osteoporosis are saying about the videos:

"I am so glad I found this!!! Thanks for doing this video!" J.K. age 57

"Now I can get my friend doing Pilates. She no longer has the excuse that the classes aren't convenient for her." R.M. age 70

"I think these videos will help my family to improve their posture and get stronger." G.B. 46

Don't keep sitting on the fence to improving your health! Go to:

If you suffer from arthritis, colder weather makes joints expand due to the increasing thickness of fluid. Moving joints allows the synovial fluid to heat and become fluid once more.
1. Exercise
Here are a few exercises that you can do to improve your arthritic pain to increase mobility and quality of life.
· Arm raises: slowly raise your arms above your head with the thumbs pointing towards the ceiling, and slowly lower them down again. Repeat this as long as your body needs it and the shoulders feel loose.
· Mini squats: stand with your feet in parallel with a foot width between them. Keep your trunk upright and slightly bend your knees keeping them in line with your 2nd toe.
· Finger curls: Curl your fingers in and out.
2. Keep Hydrated
Synovial fluid is made up of a large percentage of water. If you do not have enough water in your body, the synovial fluid thickens.
Contact a Physical Therapist at www.wellnessrehab.org to treat the root cause of the problem and set you up on a personalized program to get you back to the life you deserve that is painfree and full of joy.
