high-speed production equipment.
-Location: Langley, British Columbia, Canada
-Compensation:
-$47.70/hr. (Ticketed)
-$39.00/hr. (non-ticketed)
 - + $2.00/hr. Night Shift Premium
-Bonus Opportunities Available
-Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Millwright, you will:

-Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and mechanical systems
-Inspect, install, align, dismantle, and move stationary industrial equipment and mechanical components
-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to ensure accurate and safe repairs
-Support continuous improvement by identifying issues and recommending long-term solutions
-Collaborate with other maintenance staff, operators, and supervisors to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency
-Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, parts used, and repair timelines

Compensation & Perks

-Competitive pay: $47.70/hr. (ticketed) or $39.00/hr. (non-ticketed)
-Night shift premium: $2.00/hr.

HireNow Staffing is seeking highly skilled Acute Care Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join a dedicated Heart Failure ICU team in Houston.

In this position, you'll work alongside intensivists, cardiologists, and critical care nurses to manage patients with advanced heart failure, post-cardiac surgery complications, ventricular assist devices (VADs), and transplant care needs. This is an opportunity to practice at the top of your license in a dynamic, fast-paced ICU environment.

Key Responsibilities
-Provide advanced clinical management for patients in the Heart Failure ICU, including hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and titration of life-sustaining therapies
-Perform bedside procedures such as central line insertion, arterial line placement, intubation, and chest tube management (as credentialed)
-Assess, diagnose, and implement care plans for critically ill patients in collaboration with attending physicians
-Participate in rapid response and code blue situations, ensuring timely interventions
-Manage patients on mechanical circulatory support (IABP, ECMO, LVAD)
and coordinate ongoing device therapy
-Provide ongoing assessment, treatment adjustments, and documentation during night shift coverage
-Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and provide family education and support regarding treatment plans and prognosis
-Contribute to evidence-based practice initiatives and quality improvement projects within the ICU

-Evaluate weld designs, materials, and techniques to improve performance, reduce defects, and optimize cycle times.
