🌟 Meet Hollie, one of our amazing Service Coordinators in Early Intervention! 🌟
Hollie has been part of our team for 12 years and brings so much heart 💙 to the families she serves.
🏡 Hollie lives on a small farm with her family, and she’s grateful to have her entire immediate family just a mile or two away—a wonderful built-in support system! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
✨ For Hollie, the most rewarding part of her job is being welcomed into families’ lives and supporting them along their journey. She shared:
💬 “Often times I meet families as a stranger, and before services are completed, I feel like we play a big role in their lives. Seeing the progress children make in such a short time is so rewarding.”
We’re so thankful for Hollie and the dedication she shows every day to children and families in Early Intervention! 💕🌈

Meet Tobias, a bright and caring young boy with autism who communicates using an AAC device and sign language. Although he is nonverbal, Tobias understands everything and has a way of noticing the little things that others might miss. His mom, Natalie, shares how Tobias helps those around him “take time to stop and smell the roses.” 🌹
Through his perspective, we’re reminded that communication comes in many forms—and that joy can be found in the simple, beautiful moments of life.

Today we’re excited to introduce Amy Newland, our amazing Director of Operations who has been with us for 24 years! 🙌
Amy has a special love for family heirlooms! She treasures her collection of dishes, books, quilts, and antique furniture passed down through generations. 💙 She says these are some of her most cherished belongings.
When asked what she can’t live without? ☕ The answer is simple: coffee!
Outside of work, Amy absolutely loves her grandkids and proudly answers to her favorite name: Mimi 💕👵✨
And what keeps her coming back every day? The wonderful people she gets to work alongside. 💼💛
