The rest of the world is ahead of us by far - trauma-informed yoga is starting to find its way into hospitals and rehabilitation centers because it is so effective. 💕💕

I took my training and became certified in 2018, this is my absolute passion.

There are still so many caterpillars still trying to cross the highways....ohhh it breaks my heart to think how many will never make it to moth or butterfly.

I dedicate this pick from stairway art gallery. This is titled Butterfly Peach and I'm guessing it was inspired by her magnificent peach tree, but what I really love about it is the dark butterfly over bright cheery colors. It's beautiful and happy without discounting or ignoring the dark.

Hands down one of my all time favorite stones.....🌞SUNSTONE🌞

This stone is associated with the Egyptian sun god Ra...because the spots on this stone match so well with the sunspots on my face, I like to think of my sunspots as proof that Ra has kissed my face like 1000 times and that makes me like the blotchy buggers so much more...shifting my perception and cultivating a lil positivity within myself🫶

Getting into the energetics of this bright and warming stone....it's a mood-lifter, a motivator, a passion promoter🫦...and self-esteem enhancer.

Personally I think this is a must have stone during the darker and cold months...a little bit of sunshine brought into the home to keep me going until I'm out in the woods again..getting way more sun than the dermatologist suggests😁
