💫 You'll find a tab that says sign up, that shows you all the classes to all the places I'll be teaching

If you sign up for a class, even if your not sure your definitely coming you will receive a text reminder or a notification if the class gets cancelled....and only to the classes that you signed up for🪷

Life has been life-ing and I have not been posting, but it's high time I announce where this now wondering Wild Yogi will be teaching...

Come March I will be back at the Hoerner YMCA in Keokuk

and at The Art of Yoga in Ft.Madison

Hey y'all! Lately my heart has just been yearning to find ways to be more creative. I want to learn, I want to find mindful ways to express myself, and I want to make art. I want to nourish my days with connection and community and I want to escape the constant need to pick up my phone. That's why when ( the most creative and expressive person I know) said she was going to start a Cultivating Creativity class, my heart burst with excitement. Each week will be a different project, this week is Intro to Crochet...all materials are provided AND this class is only $10!

Lately I’ve been absolutely smitten with one class in particular: Gentle & Heated Flow. Picture a candlelit room, softly glowing, warmed to a cozy 85–95 degrees. The kind of warmth you can sink into. It's a burr and blustery but fear not because if you had wanted to shop here but now just want to enjoy being snowed in, I have a couple options for you....

Claim a Dec. or Jan. Class Pass for $75, I'll send you an invoice and voila...you shopped small and never took off your fuzzy socks. (Easiest way to get the tote bag too)

Any drawings or sales offered today will be extended til Saturday evening next week🤪
