Seeing the Deeply Rooted Equine logo on Hayle's shirt during one of her latest runs made me stop and give thanks for all God has done for me and my business. Grateful is an understatement. Grounding......So important for You & your horse.

When the body is "disconnected" from the earth's surface it has a build up of positive electrons (free radicals) that can contribute to chronic inflammation. The earth's surface however was built to generate negative electrons to offset this phenomenon (Chevalier, Gaeton, et al.). All we have to do is walk barefoot on the earth's surface to help get rid of inflammation.

Horse's are no different. When we take them off the earth's surface (trailering, putting shoes on, etc) we break that connection and positive electrons can build up.

A great thing to consider as the busy summer starts to kick off for both you & your horse.
