➡️ That includes individuals with disabilities and families who have someone with an intellectual or developmental disability living in their home.

If so, we want to hear from you.

The Special Opportunity Center is partnering with the to ensure no one is overlooked in the recovery process.

Through WID’s GADRA initiative, we’re helping connect flood-affected individuals in the IDD community with the resources they need—and the SOC is here to connect you to that support.

We are so honored to be chosen as the beneficiary of this year’s Guns and Hoses (police vs firefighter) fundraiser! Please come this Friday to cheer them on and raise money for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Hill Country!

Location: Tivy stadium
Doors open at 5:30pm
Game starts at 6:30pm

This holiday season, many of the adults with disabilities at the Special Opportunity Center are counting on YOU to help make their Christmas bright. For some, the Special Opportunity Center is their only family—and we can be the ones to give them the joy they deserve!

🌟 How You Can Help:

2. DM us to claim your person. We will send you a confirmation.

3. Shop for their gifts and bring a little holiday cheer into their lives!

4. Deliver the UNWRAPPED gifts to the Special Opportunity Center by Friday, December 20th.
