Hey Massage Friends!

Here’s what’s happening in September:

This is my last month in the Colville office. Come October, I’ll be back to a full availability in the Kettle Falls office.

I am out of town Sept 15-17 for a continuing ed class. I can’t wait to bring more knowledge to my pelvis work!

Please be patient with me while I navigate the transition back to only one location, and if you’re unsure, please reach out prior to your appointment to confirm location!

Make the most out of your massage with these tips!

1. Practice Being Present
Mindfulness and meditation are loaded words that have the potential of conjuring a lot of groans and resistance, but they don’t have to be hard.

Simply focus on where you are, the table underneath you, the bodywork being performed, and if a thought about your day arises, simply let it go and bring your attention back to your body.

Even the smallest intention to mindfulness can increase the relaxing nature of your massage and reduce stress/anxiety!

2. Focus On Your Breath & Let Your Body Relax
Intentionally allow your awareness to settle on that tight spot or that sore area and tell it to let go.

You’d be amazed how helpful your brain can be in finding pliability in tight tissue.

3. Go For A Post-Massage Walk
The benefits of spending time in nature are ten-fold, but particularly after a deep tissue massage, allowing your body to move in its natural spirals and rhythms can help integrate the bodywork we do!

Hey Massage Regulars!

Some weeks are so busy I can barely keep up with laundry, and some weeks I worry I'll need to get a second job. That is the ebbs and flows of operating a small business! (Never a dull moment!)

But the busy streak has been flowing a little longer than usual, so in an attempt to aid future Jordan with keeping a handle on her schedule, I'd like to get my regulars booked a few months out.

This is also to help me from accidentally giving away your usual appointment time, so thank you for keeping me busy and helping me help YOU with booking!

Im currently working on consolidating my business workflow, so waivers, contracts & any future documwnts will be operated through my booking system.

This also means that if you are a credit card recurring client, I can get your information stored safely for more check-out ease. (Should you desire!)

Unfortunately that also means some of you will need to sign my waiver again. (Apologies!)

Hey massage friends!

My 5 year massage therapist anniversary snuck by us this past March, but let’s be honest, getting back from my winter adventure, I didn’t have the funds to celebrate then.

We do now, though! Thanks to all my incredible clients who I am genuinely so grateful to see on a weekly, monthly etc. basis and support on the health & longevity journey!

So let’s celebrate with some upgrades!
