My *current* go-to gut health shot
• 1 fresh ginger root (cut up)�• 1 lemon (juiced + I cut off the skin and add base)�• 1 carrot�• turmeric powder�• pinch of black pepper (don’t skip this — it activates the turmeric)�• water
Blend, strain the pulp, and store in the fridge. One batch lasts me 4–5 days.
