Read this quote the other day and couldn’t help but share because it gave me all the feels for 2019. What an amazing year (and decade) it was. Plenty of ups and downs, lots of travel and adventures, more life lessons than I can count, tons of love, times of healing and most of all... creating space and finding forgiveness in my heart for both myself and all the other beautiful humans in my life when times were less than perfect.😉
Feeling a major shift in energy this week and ready to set those 🔮intentions for the New Year. 2020, I have a pretty good feelin about ya!Happy New Year fam! 💫

I LOVE gaining real connections through the power of this platform. and I connected months back because we are both of and working in the health and wellness industry. 🌿She recently moved to O’ahu and was randomly on Maui for the week for a business retreat, so we decided to meet up in real life and the rest was history! 🤣
The synchronicity of our stories and how we both ended up on a lil rock in the middle of the ocean is crazy and it’s like we’ve been friends forever! 👯‍♀️ Alllllright Instagram... I guess I kinda like you! 😉 Can’t wait for more island 🏝adventures with this babe!

Feelin’ all the A L🌺H A Friday feels!
It’s been a hot minute since I’ve posted here, but August has been NON-STOP and it’s only getting busier! 🤪I can’t believe this month is already Ova! ✌🏼Getting ready to close escrow on my new condo 🏡 and my mama arrives to Maui on Tuesday to help me move! 🏝 Can’t wait to get settled and start decorating. 🙌🏻
Annnnd... I’ve got more exciting news!Supa stoked to start my training with in just 2 weeks. Have you guys heard of it?! (If not, google it 🤣) Maui doesn’t have anything like this yet. It’s not Pilates, it’s Lagree and it’s gunna be 🔥 🔥!
Can’t wait to add this training modality to my repertoire so I can teach you guys ALL the things! 💪🏽 Maui , be sure to give a follow so you can stay up to date on our official grand opening and come take a class with me. I’ll be taking playlist requests soon! 😉🎶

💚🍉 Aloha FriYAAY Feels 🍉💚
These WATERMELON SLUSHIES from are legit!! And super quick and easy to make. 🙌🏻 Just cut up chunks of watermelon and freeze for at least 2 hours beforehand so you are ready to goooo!
THE DETS:⬇️⬇️⬇️
🍉 2 Cups of frozen watermelon
🍉 2 Cups of fresh watermelon
🍉 Juice of 1 lime
🍉 Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
Plus, did ya know❓Melons are super beneficial for helping your liver to function more efficiently. They have the ability to hydrate 💦 and thin out toxic blood, which also helps to cleanse the liver so it doesn’t have to work as hard all the time.
