I'm reaching to let everyone know that No Ka Oi Billing be closing shop as of 11/10/23. It has a been a wonderful 7 years of business but it is time to close this chapter.

Many great mahalo's to all my clients, it has been a pleasure working with you all and watching your practices grow.

No Ka Oi Billing's Ohana is growing, and in more than one way!

This Halloween, we are expecting a baby girl! In anticipation, I have decided to expand my business and am including new billers to my business, as well as taking on new clients!

It’s a new year, do you know YOUR benefits?

Patients: call in to your insurance representative to get a copy of your benefits this year to see if you have coverage for chiropractic, acupuncture, and/or massage therapy.

Practitioners; are all your licenses, malpractice insurance, and contracts up to date? Get your practice manager to call in and check with the insurance companies of your status.

Copays, deductibles, and modifiers oh my!

How many of you, providers, get confused by all the insurance lingo? How many of you have had bad insurance experiences in the past and just gave up dealing with insurance? How many denied claims just never got fixed in your office?

How many of you, patients, wish your favorite practitioner took your insurance so you could use your benefits? How many of you have had to submit your own claims, hoping the office did their part right?
