Finally got more than 4 hours of sleep last night, but I STILL woke up exhausted! 😴 Definitely a coffee, protein, Spryng, and Trimstix kind of morning!

Growing a side biz has been so much more than just a side hustle. It’s really been about my personal growth as a mom, leader, teammate, coach, friend! If you’ve ever set your sights on a new opportunity you know exactly what I’m talking about ❤️

I earned this tshirt during one of my busiest times in my life! I dig deep and put in the time and it paid off. But it’s just 1 of so many lessons learned while growing a successful business!

In the beginning I had no clue what I was doing. 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ so I simply 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒅 𝒂𝒔 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒈𝒐 and stuck to what I knew which was lead with my heart and be true to myself and stuck to the belief of showing up for others with integrity!

𝑲𝒏𝒐𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑾𝑯𝒀 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒓𝒆 building a business and sharing products that could help my friends was the next big lesson. In the beginning it was just that I wanted everyone to feel as good as I did. I am a helper and teacher so it felt good to share.
After we started crushing our debt and seeing possibilities of retiring my why became bigger! If we could do that so could my friends and why not retire together so we could play in one of the best seasons of our lives?

My favorite lesson has been 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 followed by 𝑨𝒔𝒌 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒉𝒆𝒍𝒑 No need to struggle 🥰 Wow! Not easy because accountability to myself is actually harder than showing up for others. When you realize that when you show up for you, that’s the very best way to show up for your family, your partners, and your future self!

When you start something new take it day by day! No need to take it all on and ask for help. Teamwork is so much easier to make your Dream work! 𝑨𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒆?

Have you ever felt like you will mess up when life gets hard? Giving up on your dreams and goals? You think the weight loss goals, of the road to a better life of health and wellness, is on the other side and not sure if you will get to the other side? I have been in a Valley of feeling no self worth! But! I NEVER GAVE UP!!! Even thought life threw some curve balls, and i gained 25 lbs back of my 90lbs loss! Now, I am back on track to where i am supposed to be! With the support of this community of friends and I couldn’t be happier about where I am headed! So, my friends, don’t ever give up!! Stop focusing on the problems of why you think you can’t and stop hiding behind whatever reason, and focus on the other side of that mountain! You are WORTHY of all your dreams and goals!!
