About to meditate & do some deep shadow work with my mentor and friend. I feel incredible today! I am so very grateful for my body and how strong it is, for the delicious organic whole foods that I can nourish my body with, healing frequencies to calm & ground my anxiety & center myself with, & for feeling my Third Eye & Crown so open to receive.
