Today is children's mental health awareness day! Children's Little hearts, Big feelings. ❀️ It's easy to focus on scraped knees and playground tumbles, but let's shine a light on what's happening inside those brilliant young minds. Just like adults, children experience a whole spectrum of emotions, and their mental well-being is just as vital as their physical health.
Think about it: navigating friendships, school pressures, and understanding a sometimes confusing world can be a lot for little ones to process. They might not always have the words to express what they're feeling, and that's where we, the grown-ups, come in.
Creating a safe and supportive space where they feel heard and understood is everything.
