Due to ongoing weather concerns, Bastrop, Burnet, Harris, Travis, and Williamson county clinics will be closed for in-person visits. Limited virtual appointments are available.

Behavioral Health appointments and the Houston clinic will remain virtual-only.

Bell County clinics will continue to operate normally.

❄️Bell County clinics – normal operations
❄️Houston – virtual-only appointments
❄️Clinic closures - St. John, Oak Springs, and Texas A&M Health Science Center. Behavioral Health services at Texas A&M will continue virtually.

Due to anticipated inclement weather conditions, Lone Star Circle of Care will operate the following schedule tomorrow, Jan. 21, 2025:

Today, Lone Star Circle of Care proudly celebrates 23 years of providing exceptional and accessible patient centered healthcare for our Texas neighbors!

In 2002, LSCC provided primary care services to our first patient at the Georgetown Community Clinic, a small facility located on University Avenue in Georgetown. Fast forward to today, we are an award-winning Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with 27 clinics across 14 cities and six counties, serving nearly 100,000 patients annually.
