I'm excited to teach Reiki Level I today at Balance Mind, Body & Spirit Reiki & Integrative Wellness in King of Prussia. This course introduces students to the universal life force energy known as Reiki. Reiki is a Japanese method of stress reduction that promotes healing on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. By the end of the class, they will be certified as Reiki practitioners, capable of providing treatments to themselves, loved ones, and others. Our world could truly benefit from more Reiki! 🕊 🙌✨️

Today I look forward to teaching the third and highest level of training in traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho: Shinpiden at Balance Mind, Body & Spirit Reiki & Integrative Wellness in King of Prussia. This Master/Teacher class focuses on deep spiritual growth, self-empowerment, and connecting with the "Great Bright Light."

Students are attuned to and then learn how to teach and attune others to every level of traditional Usui Reiki. In this day of uncertainty and stress, having the ability to reduce this and promote healing on the physical, mental,emotional and spiritual levels is a gift to ourselves and others.

Our world needs Reiki!
