Allow us to reintroduce ourselves!
Hi, we’re Tiffany and Molly, Co-Founders / Co-Directors of Evolutionary Psychotherapy & Holistic Healing
The story of our work began long before we ever had a business.
We met in a high-pressure su***de prevention call center, holding space for others during some of their darkest hours. Amid long nights and intense calls, we noticed something different when we worked together. A calm would settle in. There was more breath, more presence, even a sense of possibility.
Tiffany remembers Molly dousing the air with peppermint for clarity before a call, then lavender afterward to soothe everyone’s nervous systems.
Molly remembers Tiffany unrolling a yoga mat between calls, inviting breath, movement, and grounding back into the body.
These moments weren’t just ways to cope. They were beginnings. Small acts of ritual. Openings to a different way of healing.
These weren’t luxuries. They were medicine.
Over time, we noticed something profound: healing often began not in the clinical protocol, but in the return of what brought joy.
After years in under-resourced systems, we saw how easily clinicians burn out. How healing work becomes mechanical without spaces to nourish the healers too.
We kept coming back to the same questions:
- What if therapy felt more like returning to yourself?
- What if mental health included movement, music, ritual, community, and creativity?
- What if we built a place where clinicians and clients could flourish together?
So we did.
We founded Evolutionary Psychotherapy & Holistic Healing to shift the old paradigms that treat healing as a purely mental process.
Our work blends psychotherapy with ritual, creativity, somatics, and nervous system wisdom. We center the full human experience ~ body, mind, and spirit.
Whether through individual therapy, group therapy, community healing events, or retreats, we are building a home for those seeking more than symptom relief.
We’re here for people who long for wholeness, meaning, and connection.
We are clinicians, space-holders, dreamers, and systems-changers.
We’re so glad you’re here.
Welcome home.
