Cleaning dandelions doesn’t have to be slow or frustrating! Here’s my best trick for separating the petals. 🌼✨

Break the flower in half from the top down, then use your fingers to pinch out just the yellow petals. 🍯

This method keeps the bitter green parts out and leaves you with sweet, floral goodness! 🌼

Try it a few times, and you’ll be harvesting like a pro. 🚀

We recently learned that our friend Amber Hopkins has been dealing with an unexpected health scare - this past fall, sudden seizures lead to the discovery of brain tumors. 🙏 While she has since undergone brain surgery and is on the road to recovery, these events came right at the tail end of an already financially stressful time, as her husband Chris' employer closed at the end of 2024, laying him off & leaving them down to a single income for the better part of the year.

Normally Amber is busy manifesting healing vibes for others through her daily work in the practice of reiki - but for now.. we'd say she deserves a break - physically, mentally, & emotionally! - So this time... we're manifesting the vibes for her!!!

✨🐾 My First Philanthropy Project — and I Need Your Help 🐾✨

Anyone who knows me knows this:
When I’m not making and packaging granola, I’m out there rescuing, fostering, trapping, feeding, healing, and fighting for the animals who can’t fight for themselves.

This year, I took a huge step and created my first-ever 2026 Rescue Calendar — a digital download featuring the animals I’ve personally saved, fostered, or rehabilitated over the years. Each page tells their story… their pain, their healing, and their second chance.

Every dollar goes directly to Quigley's Shelter Pets, a no-kill rescue doing incredible work for abandoned, elderly, sick, and overlooked animals here in Northeast PA.

On the last page, I included Luzerne County resources for families who may be struggling to feed their animals, afford emergency care or spay/neuter services — because no one should have to surrender their pet just because life got hard.
