This job is more than I could have dreamed up for myself. It’s challenging and exciting, and every day I get to put my cape on and serve our Upstate South Carolina hospitality industry. This past week I helped connect people with restaurant and hotel jobs at a job fair, I helped high school ProStart students connect with Sous Chef opportunities at Euphoria Wine and Food Fest, and I planned and moderated two Restaurant 101 panels on stage at Euphoria. I’d say that’s a good week, folks. One for the record books.
