We had something extra special happen this month… a tie for Employee of the Month! 🎉

Help us celebrate Brandee, our HSG Supervisor, and Bianca our Dietary cook for going above and beyond in everything they do. These two show up every day with heart, dedication, and a true passion for taking care of our residents and supporting their teams.

Brandee leads with strength and compassion, always making sure her department runs smoothly while lifting others up along the way. Bianca brings consistency, kindness, and a work ethic that never goes unnoticed—keeping our residents cared for in one of the most important ways.

Two different departments, one shared standard of excellence. 👏

We are so proud to have both of you on our team. Thank you for all that you do for Avalon Place! 💜
