Turn off your Wi-Fi at night. Unplug. You don't need your fridge talking to the internet. We need frquency quiet, dark, stillness when you sleep.
That’s when our physical body does its Blessed repair work.
Eat real Food, Drink charged water, We are water.
Our skin is our largest organ. It melds with whatever we put on it.

We are feeling incredibly tired and spent.
We are all going through a cleanse of eliminating toxins and emotional stuff that has collected with us over lifetimes. Solar flares are continuing to be released amplifying and helping us in upgrading our DNA, shifting our vibrational frequency.
Heightened sensitivities, electrical surges, buzzing through the body, heightened sensitivities to sound and energy. Muscle cramps, heat flashes are all connected to the releasing of kundalini energy. Sleep disturbances and a need for more stillness and quietness.Dizziness, unexplained flu-like symptoms, feeling lethargic and headachy, and brain fog for no apparent reason. Feelings of exhaustion and burnout, heart palpitations that is the heart chakra awakening are all indications of the change.

Our life force is readjusting as waves of light move through us. These unpleasant symptoms will pass as our vibration continues to rise and we correct ourselves by releasing the energy blockages and distortions we’ve been carrying.
These internal adjustments are here to attune us and clear away the inner pollution that has been collecting within us.

We have had relentless waves of Solar Flares & huge incoming energies.
