For advanced lifters only! 😀

Try this decline DB fly trick.
Ribcage up, inhale the weights down, and get a good stretch on your chest

Then reach overhead slightly to get extra pec activation.

DO NOT do this if you haven't mastered the regular DB fly, if you have bad shoulders, or if you're unsure!

If your elbows get aggravated on skullcrushers, try this

Shift the bar to the bone part of your hand, and turn your wrists outward slightly.

Bring the bar down to your CHIN or LIPS instead of behind your head.

Trouble feeling lats on pulldowns?

Try a one arm, leaning, circular rotation pulldown ⬆️

Key is to lean over, stretch at the top, and drive your elbow in a circular motion towards your hip
