Identifying the negative things that are occurring in our lives seems as though it is easy to do. But what about demonstrating gratitude? Showing gratitude allows us to focus on the positive in our lives and what is going well.

Exercising gratitude on a daily basis can assist with ones mental health. Being grateful allows us to appreciate our lives and the things that are going well in spite of.

How have you been with managing your self-care? There are times when we need to check in with ourselves to identify how we are fairing in the process.

Checking in with ourselves is very important as it helps us with identifying how we are feeling in the moment. Also, there are times when procrastination can be a barrier to our success.

This resource can be beneficial to assist one with self-assessment with caring for ourselves properly. There are times when we may neglect our basic needs which can lead to other problems.

Use this resource to assist with identifying where you are in regards to your overall wellbeing. Then identify some self-care goals for yourself. What habits do you need to start and what habits are you in need of stopping? Next, reflect on your thoughts to assist yourself with learning the things that brings you safety and comfort. Finally, evaluate your sleep by using the sleep hygiene page.
