In this webinar, Christine Stead, CEO, ELSO will discuss the role perfusionists play in making ELSO the premier global organization for ECMO technology. Then, hear about the past, present and future application of ECMO from Dr. Robert Bartlett, founder of ELSO. Registry Chair Dr. Ryan Barbaro will anchor the session by highlighting data from the ELSO Registry for best practice ECMO techniques in COVID-19. Dr. Barbaro will close the discussion with his recent Lancet publication, Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation support in COVID-19: an international cohort study of the Extracorporeal Life Support Organization registry.
