This morning, my thoughts echoed with the sound of the closing prayer of Ashtanga Yoga. The chant is an offering – to seal the goodness of the practice within, a hope for universal peace and well-being, and a plea for the righteousness of leaders everywhere.
Whether we chant the full version or simply share in the sound of OM, we are contributing to the cosmic vibration that honors and seeks peace, humility, and shared humanity. It is my wish for you, our community, our loved ones and for the rest of the world.

May all beings be well.
May the leaders of the earth protect us in every way by keeping to the right path.
