We spent a week at the "Institute of Functional Medicine" Conference! There is a lot of exciting research coming out revealing the importance of practicing medicine from a whole-person approach & we are excited to keep learning and growing as practitioners.

-Holistic Care-

You’ve probably heard of this approach to healthcare. This approach addresses the whole person- body, mind, and spirit. All are connected and vitally important to our wellbeing as individuals.

To pursue holistic well-being you should connect with professional healthcare providers, but you should ALSO- eat nutritious foods, get outside and move, find a cause that you believe in and serve your community!

We had a blast supporting the Pregnancy Hope Center by volunteering at the Dirty Pelican Race a couple weeks ago! We’re definitely looking forward to helping out again next year!
