Due to graduations, regional competitions, and busy spring sports schedules, we decided to move our originally planned Women’s Night: The Invisible Load to July 9th from 6:00–8:00 PM at Healthy Hearts & Minds.

This supportive and empowering evening is designed for women carrying the mental, emotional, and invisible responsibilities of everyday life. Together, we’ll create space for connection, reflection, boundaries, balance, and practical tools to help lighten the load. 💛

🌿 Open conversation & encouragement
🌿 Tools for burnout, overwhelm, and emotional balance
🌿 Space to reconnect with yourself

✨ Spaces are limited to keep the experience personal and supportive.

This summer, let confidence bloom at Healthy Hearts & Minds 🌱✨
We are excited to offer our Watch My Confidence Grow – Confident Kids Camp! designed to help children build confidence, strengthen self-esteem, practice healthy communication, and grow emotional resilience in a fun and supportive environment.

🏕️ Two age groups available:
⭐ Ages 6–9
⭐ Ages 10–12

Through interactive activities, games, creativity, and connection, kids will learn skills to help them feel more confident being themselves while building friendships and emotional awareness along the way.

So thankful for this morning. Sophia and I presented Beyond Burnout: Why Self-Care Isn’t Always Enough and spent time with some incredible counselors and social workers in Hancock County.

We talked about the hard parts of this work — the moments when you know exactly what someone needs but don’t have the power to give it. The conversations were honest, thoughtful, and a reminder that none of us are alone in the tension between caring deeply and navigating systems that don’t always make that care easy.

It’s always meaningful to be in spaces where we can pause, reflect, and pour back into the people who pour into everyone else.

It was one of those mornings that reminded me why I love this field. 💙
