Ashley started with me TWO weeks ago. When we initially talked and she told me about her goals and how she was currently feeling, it was clear that we had some major dysfunction going on. We quickly did bloodwork and confirmed that we had some fixing to do. After years of not feeling well we finally had answers for her and now have a game plan on how to fix it.
In just two short weeks so far, with just diet change, a maximum of 3X a week in the gym, and some daily steps, we’ve got a major reduction in inflammation all over. From head to toe we can visibly see the difference.

Exciting news for team Mad Fit!

What does this mean for new and existing clients?
🩷Any existing clients will be encouraged to complete bloodwork and/or a GI map so I (and Shawn) can take a look and come up with a plan for you based on those results.
🩷Bloodwork will be required for any new clients
🩷my prices have NOT changed! You’ll just be getting more bang for your buck with two coaches monitoring you
🩷A good plan can only get you so far. If you have any dysfunction, either GI related or hormone related, you’re doing yourself a disservice by not getting it fixed!

Pinky came to me several weeks ago frustrated with her current protocol. She was taking SO many supplements, eating very little, training hard, doing lots of cardio, and feeling bloated with no visible changes to her physique.
In short, over worked and under fed (hmmm where have I seen this before??)
Right away we stopped doing all cardio (hasn't done any since), increased her calories with one free meal a week, and took her off all of the useless supplements. And guess what?? Her physique improved and more importantly her mental health improved! She reports feeling stronger, seeing muscle definition, and no experiences with bloating anymore! So proud of you!!

ONE month. This is why we take pictures and don't focus only on the scale. Her weight has stayed almost the exact same BUT, we can see physical changes in her physique!! The most common question I get is “What exercises should I do for my stomach fat?”

Here’s my hot take (that is backed up by evidence)

Ab/core training is a colossal waste of time for most people.

If you’re a regular person trying to lose body fat around your midsection, the single most important factor to losing that weight, is diet. You can not spot reduce fat, it’s an overall body process.
So, you’re better off putting that energy into prepping your meals than doing crunches.

This was me January->today and I never did a single ab exercise. It’s all diet.
