ATTENTION fellow FB peeps, especially those of you who have separate pages connected to your account.

This is one of the newest scams going around. They are masquerading as a community standards violation and sharing posts with the following caption and link from their page. when you click the link to try to appeal, it prompts you to enter all kinds of personal information. They shared one of my post yesterday. Luckily, I clicked on their page and blocked them before any damage could be done. Also, I did not enter any information into their link as I am urging you not to do as well if you happen to click on it.

If any of you see this at all on your page report them immediately and then block them. They are trying to steal personal information.

All right, folks!

After looking at our wedding calendar, we have had to make the decision to not have Pilates classes until July most likely!

Basic & Boring Daily Habits, like…✅ Eating a balanced, nonrestrictive, diet ✅ Drinking water - Roughly 3 liters a day ✅ ...

Basic & Boring Daily Habits, like…

✅ Eating a balanced, nonrestrictive, diet
✅ Drinking water - Roughly 3 liters a day
✅ Getting 7-8 hours of sleep each night
✅ Managing stress in a constructive way
✅ Limiting alcohol intake
✅ Lifting weights, or doing some form of resistance workout, 2-3 times a week
✅ Walking

NOT…
❌ Fad diets
❌ Weight loss supplements
❌ Medications meant for those with valid medical conditions - This is not directed towards those individuals
❌ Food restriction
❌ Excessive exercise

Getting (and staying)) fit and healthy is a boring process. It doesn’t require anything excessive, just consistency.
