In the midst of turmoil in our city we would love for you to join us for our first installment of the Unplugged Series 🔌 .

Our intention is to to introduce the collective to various healing alternatives that can assist with grief ❤️‍🩹, mental health🧠, physical health or spiritual ailments.

We will begin breaking ground with a 15 min meditation/deep breathing 🌬 session led by followed by a brief yoga set 🧘🏽‍♀️

We have a vendor lineup for holistic care items , metaphysics and alternative healing to include Reiki
