Hi, I’m Cristina Dalton! I recently moved to Knoxville after years in Pennsylvania and Arizona, and I’m so excited to now offer private and semi-private Pilates sessions at Integrative Physical Therapy and Wellness – Rocky Hill.

I’ve been teaching Pilates for 7 years, blending it with my background in yoga, dance, and running. I love helping people move in ways that feel good, meet them where they are, and support their goals—whether it’s post-rehab, balance work, or just feeling stronger.
