Our Story

It should come as no surprise when given the option, most seniors would prefer to remain in the comfort of their own home rather than a retirement home or nursing facility. Home is where we celebrate the good times. It’s where you raised your family and plan to entertain your grandchildren.

But as everyone with an elderly loved one knows, it’s not always as simple as that. Each year we watch our parents or grandparents get a little weaker, more frail, more forgetful. It seems like one day they lose their ability to drive and the next they can’t keep up with their meals or the medications. We start to wonder if it’s time for them to enter a retirement or nursing home.

Fortunately, that may not be necessary. Stay At Home is a companion care service dedicated to helping seniors stay at home as long as possible. We can help your loved one keep up with medications and meals. We’re there if they need light housecleaning or rides to medical appointments or social engagements. And we love chatting with someone who lives alone (if that’s what they want).
