Step into fall with intention. This heart-centered workshop is designed to inspire change and help you embrace the natural transitions of the season, both around you and within you.

Join us for a calming, reflective experience that blends guided journaling, yin yoga, massage therapy, and meditation. Each element is thoughtfully curated to help you release tension, ground yourself, and reconnect with your inner rhythm as we shift into a new season.

What You’ll Experience:

- Yin Yoga – Set your intention by choosing body areas to focus on as you move through grounding breathwork, tension release, and mindful transitions.
- Massage Therapy – Enjoy hands-on massage in areas where your body needs it most, helping you relax even deeper.
- Guided Meditation – A gentle meditation designed to help you embrace change, practice presence, and welcome the new season with openness and ease.
- Group Reflection – Share your thoughts in a safe, supportive space and integrate your experience through community and journaling.

Bonus: Each participant receives a thoughtful gift to support your journey.

Stillness isn’t about inactivity.

It’s about cultivating an inner calm, observing without reacting, and recognizing the quiet strength that emerges from within.

In this class, you’ll flow through gentle stretches that emphasize breath connection and mindful movement, allowing your body to release tension and open up. The practice is further enriched with calming sounds and soothing vibrations from instruments like singing bowls and chimes to guide you into a peaceful state of body and mind.

Repost from our therapist 💚

REEPEAT AFTER ME “WE REMEMBER OUR SELF WORTH.”

There comes a point in every healing journey when we must draw a line not out of bitterness, but out of love for ourselves. That line is called boundaries. And the moment we stop begging to belong to places that do not see our worth is the moment we begin to reclaim our power.

Repeat after me ⬇️

✔️We do not beg to sit at tables we were not invited to ⬇️
This means learning that rejection is sometimes redirection. Not every space is meant for us and that’s not a reflection of our value, but a reminder that we are called to create something of our own.

✔️We do not chase people who exclude or ignore us ⬇️
The pursuit of validation from those who consistently make us feel less-than chips away at our dignity. Mental wellness begins where we stop overextending to fit into places that cost us our peace.

✔️We do not seek healing from those who hurt us ⬇️
Closure is an inside job. Trying to get healing from someone who broke you often just reopens the wound. The true path forward is inward into therapy, community, and self-compassion.

We do not sell ourselves out to get into someone’s circle ⬇️
People-pleasing is often a trauma response, not a character trait. Pleasing others at the expense of ourselves isn’t kindness it’s self-erasure. Real connection never asks you to shrink.

We do not set ourselves on fire to keep others warm ⬇️
Sacrifice that leads to emotional depletion isn’t noble; it’s harmful. Care must be mutual. Healthy relationships fill both cups not just one.

Instead, we create our own circle. One rooted in respect, love, and reciprocity. We surround ourselves with those who see us not just in our strength, but also in our struggle and stay.

We learn to express our energy where it is honored, not drained. And most importantly, we remember our self-worth. Not because someone gave it to us, but because we were born with it.
