J & M Grading Division LLC has immediate openings for Dump Truck Drivers! Come join our team of professional drivers and help build the highway infrastructure of our great country. In this position, you will be responsible for hauling dirt, asphalt, aggregate and debris to and from our project sites in East Tennessee. While you may not be actively involved in loading and unloading your truck, you should be physically capable of assisting in all tasks. In addition to your hauling duties, you must inspect your truck for any damage or general mechanical issues. Compensation based on TN state highway prevailing wage rate and experience.

Qualifications

Must maintain a valid CDL License
Must maintain a current Medical Examiner's Certificate
Previous construction experience preferred
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to get along with others
Display a positive attitude
Present a professional image as an employee
Ability to maintain composure in stressful traffic or other situations

J & M Grading Division LLC is looking for an Assistant Bookkeeper to work in our offices in Huntsville, TN. Successful candidate will be responsible for aiding in the processing accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll, which includes entry of vendor invoices, creation of customer invoices, and processing weekly payroll. The assistant bookkeeper shall be tasked with ensuring that customers are billed properly, and vendors receive correct payment. Assistant bookkeeper will also be tasked with helping with weekly end-to-end payroll processing, including verifying employee time, payroll balancing and distribution, and overall checking for accuracy. In addition to these duties, the assistant bookkeeper will also be handling clerical tasks, including answering incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting customers and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties.

Applicant should have a good understanding of finances with attention to detail and patience for processing a large amount of data. Candidate should have a sound knowledge of bookkeeping, and proficient math and data entry skills. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued.

Applicant should have good working knowledge of basic office software, including Microsoft Work, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Google Documents, and Google Sheets. Experience with Intuit Quickbooks and Sage 300 CRE financial software preferred.

Applicant must have a valid driver license, be available to work weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and pass a preemployment drug screen.
