About Julian & Marjorie:
Julian Ducheine, Principal CEO of JuJu Rentals, currently specializes in luxury vacation rental management, and his company currently manages 30+ properties in the Miami, Florida area. Julian is originally from Queens, New York but early in his childhood he moved to the town of Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. Julian graduated from Penn State University in 2011 with a degree in Biomedical Sciences. Julian has a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine. Julian describes himself as “Lover. Problem solver. Philosopher. Visionary. Futurist. Benefactor. Thrill seeker. Healer. CEO.” Julian’s early crypto and Bitcoin investments allowed him to purchase his first property for homesharing, which he coined, “The Bitcoin Mansion.” Julian has over 6 years of experience in the industry and has also generated well over a million in revenue in the industry.
Marjorie Butler, COO of JuJu Rentals & CEO of Dream Believe Achieve Academy, began hosting in the short-term rental industry in 2017 while completing her medical education at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. Marjorie was born in Knoxville, TN and graduated third in Webb School of Knoxville's Class of 2012. Butler was also a member of the Webb School Honor Committee Council and Cum Laude Society before attending University of Georgia for a full basketball scholarship.
Marjorie started point-guard for the Georgia Bulldogs and was captain during her senior season. While at UGA, Butler started at the point guard position and made 3 NCAA appearances & 1 Elite 8 appearance. Butler was selected as 2016 SEC Scholar Athlete of the Year and was nominated as 2016 NCAA Female Scholar Athlete of the Year. Butler was named as a 3x SEC Academic Honor Roll in addition to being named to the SEC Community Service Team and 2x Co Sida Academic All American. Butler completed a double major at University of Georgia where she received degrees in both Biology and Kinesiology at the rank of Magna Cum Laude. Butler is a member of the Blue Key National Honor Society, Phi Beta Kappa Society, Alpha Lambda Delta Academic Honor Society, and the Student National Medical Association.
Marjorie Butler is currently pursuing her Doctor of Medicine under full academic scholarship at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. While training full time to become an orthopedic surgeon at Vanderbilt Medical School, Butler has co-authored several academic publications related to her research in orthopedics. Most recently, she received publication in the Official Oxford Journal of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons for research on elective spine surgery.
Marjorie continues to contribute to basketball through head coaching multiple middle and high school teams with D13 Elite Boys Basketball Program. Marjorie’s passion lies in helping others and contributing to the community. She aspires to be a surgeon & also plans to own and run her own hospital catered minorities.
